μ-MIM technology is characterised by its ability to mass produce less than 100 μm thin structure, 3D complex structure (curved and undercut hollow, free-form surface), and sharp edge structure with high precision in net-shape forming. Here are several applications that take full advantage of μ-MIM technology below.

Our metal 3D printer goes into full scale operation as we have introduced in our technical newsletter and webinars. The printing system has been operated with a spot diameter of 35 µm, and the printing system with a special 15 µm spot is now available.

It is never too late to learn anything! This time we would like to review the basics of the measurements of sintered density, a basic physical property of MIM components.

We have recently renovated our headquarters’ factory: at the beginning of this year, we started the renewed factory operation. Some of the measurement or evaluation equipment installation is not completed yet though we will introduce our new production line.
